Your main responsibilities will be: Coordinating your assigned team of collections officers to ensure compliance with assigned recovery plans. Conducting telephone or field collection activities for special or complex cases within the portfolio under your responsibility. Participating in the formulation and implementation of strategies and plans for recovering delinquent, overdue, and impaired portfolios against reserves assigned for your management.
