At **VAZCAR**, we are looking to integrate a **Payroll Analyst** into our team, responsible for supporting the accurate preparation, control, and timely payment of payroll, ensuring compliance with labor obligations and providing appropriate support to employees. **Requirements** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Accounting, Human Resources**, or related field. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in payroll administration and calculation. **Knowledge of:** * Payroll and statutory benefits. * IMSS, SUA, and IDSE. * Excel (intermediate level). **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail * Responsibility and confidentiality * Strong communication skills * Tracking and meeting deadlines **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and calculation of pre-payroll and payroll. * Recording and tracking of payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, leaves of absence). * Employee registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS (IDSE / SUA). * Calculation of severance payments and settlements. * Payroll receipt stamping and review. * Control and updating of employee files. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll. * Preparation of administrative reports. * Support during internal audits and labor compliance activities. * Coordination with Human Resources, Administration, and Accounting departments. **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary of $10,000 to $12,000 net**, depending on experience. * **Statutory benefits**. * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, **8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.**, and Saturdays, **8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.** * Job stability. * Opportunity for learning and professional development. * Professional and collaborative work environment.
