Position Objective Provide comprehensive support in Human Resources processes, coordinating operational activities, recruitment, and personnel administration to ensure the proper functioning of branches and general offices. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and monitor field staff, assigning daily tasks by zone and verifying pending items. * Manage maintenance services for air conditioning equipment in offices and branches. * Handle personnel requests (letters of employment, medical leaves, permissions, final settlements). * Receive and review vacancy requests and documentation submitted from stations or branches. * Select suitable candidates and schedule interviews. * Inform candidates about job responsibilities, working conditions, and benefits. * Support administrative processes related to payroll (Nominpaq experience preferred). Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field. * Prior experience in Human Resources functions. * Nominpaq proficiency (preferred). * Leadership and assertive communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. * Strong organizational and time management skills.
