We are currently seeking: **GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** (Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred / Not mandatory) **BRYANS** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To oversee the execution of maintenance and repair activities in restaurants by performing and supervising tasks carried out by assigned staff or external suppliers, ensuring the proper functioning and preservation of both movable and immovable assets. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Work schedule: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Flexible availability) * Recommended age: 25 years and older * Experience: Minimum 2 years * Technical degree / Bachelor’s degree: Industrial and Residential Maintenance * Driver’s License **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE (1–2 years)** * Electricity * Air conditioning systems * Plumbing * Masonry and painting * Kitchen equipment * Refrigeration systems **PRIMARY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct facility inspection rounds and monitor installations. * Perform general maintenance work on facilities: * Inspect installations to identify faults and recommend appropriate repairs. * Complete the maintenance logbook. * Verify temperatures of cold rooms and refrigerators to ensure proper operation. * Carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule. * Execute corrective maintenance as needed, or propose at least two external supplier alternatives. * Supervise suppliers’ work performance. * Report preventive maintenance activities to the General Manager. * Coordinate with the General Manager and Chef to schedule fumigation and pest control. * Verify proper operation of gas valves. * Ensure optimal restaurant lighting. * Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
