Knowledge of end-to-end integrations with SAP systems DESCRIPTION SAP Sales Cloud Functional Consultant responsible for analyzing, defining, and optimizing business processes within the SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) platform, ensuring proper alignment with business requirements and the solution’s standard capabilities. Participates in gathering functional requirements, configuring the tool, and defining improvements to business processes. Also collaborates with technical and integration teams to ensure correct implementation, evolution, and adoption of the solution within the organization REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience of at least **2–3 years in implementing or supporting SAP Sales Cloud (C4C)**. * Solid understanding of **business processes**, including management of **accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, visits, and quotations**. * Knowledge of **standard objects and Business Objects (BOs)** related to **sales and service processes** within SAP Sales Cloud. * Ability to **analyze and map business processes**, aligning them with standard functionalities and custom developments of the solution. * Knowledge of **end\-to\-end integrations**, particularly between **SAP Sales Cloud (C4C), SAP ECC or S/4HANA, Service Cloud, and other corporate systems**. * Understanding of the **functional impact on PDI (Partner Development Infrastructure) developments** and integration flows via **SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)**.
