




Yucatán req29472 **Staff** We are looking for a: REPSE Executive Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting-Tax, Administration, Law-Tax, or related field (Degree and Professional License Required). Experience: Minimum of 3 years in document management with third parties, verification of legal and tax documents, preparation of compliance reports and data analysis. Experience using web portals (SAT, insurance). Knowledge: Basic knowledge of laws (Federal Labor Law, Tax Code, Income Tax Law, VAT Law, IMSS, and INFONAVIT). Document management for specialized service providers (REPSE) and construction projects (SIROC). Compilation and verification of digital files. Configuration and maintenance of document management platforms. Preparation of compliance reports, indicators, and supplier follow-up. User training and management of institutional portals. Intermediate-level Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and English. Desired: Knowledge of tax filings, ICSOE guidelines, and SISUB. Advanced technological tools (Power Automate Desktop, Power Query, and/or VBA in Excel). Availability for: * Flexible schedule. * Travel. * Relocation (if applicable).
