**Job Title:** Remote Overnight Office Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish) **Company:** Special Touch Home Care – New York City **Job Overview:** Special Touch Home Care is seeking a **highly professional and dependable** Remote Overnight Office Assistant to support overnight operations for our New York–based home care agency. **This is a long\-term remote employee position, not a freelance or temporary role. Please do not apply if you are seeking short\-term, seasonal, or temporary employment.** This is a **fast\-paced overnight position requiring excellent English communication skills**, strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to remain responsive and alert throughout the entire shift. This is **NOT a passive or low\-activity** remote role. Candidates must be highly reliable, tech\-savvy, and comfortable handling urgent situations independently during overnight hours. This is a very demanding position and requires strong candidates. Responsibilities: * Answer and manage incoming overnight calls from patients, caregivers, and staff. * Document calls accurately and professionally in real time. * Coordinate overnight communication and relay urgent matters appropriately. * Complete reports, ticketing, scheduling support, and administrative tasks. * Maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the shift. * Follow company procedures carefully and accurately. * Support emergency and time\-sensitive situations when necessary. Requirements: * Advanced English and Spanish proficiency REQUIRED (spoken and written). * Ability to communicate professionally and fluently with U.S.\-based callers. * Strong computer and multitasking skills. * Fast learner with excellent attention to detail. * Reliable high\-speed internet connection. * Quiet remote work environment with minimal distractions. * Ability to remain active, responsive, and productive during overnight shifts. * Must be dependable, punctual, and highly organized. * Previous customer service, call center, healthcare coordination, or remote administrative experience preferred. * Overnight work experience strongly preferred.
