




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Receptionist to serve customers and suppliers, with administrative and office management skills. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive customer and supplier service. 2. Administrative management, document drafting, and Office software proficiency. 3. Multidisciplinary support to various departments. Job Description: Receptionist primarily responsible for customer and supplier service. Responsibilities: Drafting letters, documents, and reports. Proficiency in Word, intermediate Excel, and Office suite. Preparing payment receipts. Handling cash. Answering incoming calls and routing them to respective departments. Serving suppliers and customers, with proper daily logbook registration. Occasionally assisting with photocopying and scanning as requested by office staff. Maintaining office stationery and pantry supplies. Preparing quotations and purchase orders for the Engineering Department. Monitoring digital service platforms (JAPAY, CFE, TELMEX, TOTALPLAY). Providing occasional support to various departments as needed. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 1 PM.
