Ensuring project profitability and quality Job Objective Plan, coordinate, and comprehensively oversee real estate projects—from conception through execution, deed issuance, and delivery—ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and profitability. Main Responsibilities Plan and monitor projects using schedules, critical path analysis, and established objectives. Monitor project performance through KPIs, reports, and risk management. Supervise financial viability and ensure alignment with expected profitability. Control budget, costs, and construction estimates. Coordinate design development and validate technical deliverables. Manage permits, licenses, and procedures with municipal, state, and federal authorities. Track construction progress and schedule compliance. Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Coordinate commercial and marketing strategies aligned with project progress. Supervise sales processes, collections, and unit settlements. Track timely and proper deed issuance and title registration. Coordinate project delivery, including infrastructure and habitability. Manage customer service, after-sales support, and warranties. Monitor condominium operations. Coordinate involved departments to ensure correct project execution. Required Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (degree holder). Desirable: Master’s degree in Project Management, Real Estate Development, or Finance. Experience: 5–8 years in real estate project management.
