At KIMIKOLOR, we are looking for a **Digital Sales Advisor** focused on providing customer attention and follow-up through digital channels, driving sales generation and strengthening our customers' commercial experience. We seek a proactive individual with strong communication skills, results orientation, and enthusiasm for sales and customer service. Main Responsibilities * Customer attention and follow-up via WhatsApp, social media, and other digital channels. * Preparation and follow-up of quotations. * Digital sales prospecting and closing. * Post-sales follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries. * Database updates and commercial tracking. * Support in digital campaigns and promotions. * Routing requests to respective internal departments.
