Main Responsibilities: Preparation of budgets and unit price (UP) analysis. Quantification of construction volumes. Integration of item catalogs. Analysis of direct and indirect costs. Review and control of estimates. Supplier comparisons and analysis. Support in tenders and economic proposals. Monitoring of project budgetary control. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in software: Advanced Excel, Neodata, Opus, or similar.
