Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities. Ensure compliance with the construction schedule, progress control, and activity tracking. Verify proper execution of work in accordance with drawings, regulations, and technical specifications. Coordinate operational staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Control material quality and construction processes. Manage permits, logs, reports, and technical documentation. Supervise compliance with safety regulations and risk prevention measures. Requirements Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. Knowledge of drawing interpretation, construction management, cost estimation, and construction regulations. Personnel management and leadership skills.
