Opportunity to develop organizational and attention-to-detail skills A leading company in southeastern Mexico, focused on supplying materials and solutions for all types of construction and remodeling projects, is seeking: Shipping Assistant Requirements • Age: 23 to 35 years • Gender: Male preferred • Education: High school diploma (general or technical baccalaureate, preparatory) Technical Knowledge • Previous experience of 6 months to 1 year in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management. • Basic knowledge of inventory systems, FIFO (First In, First Out), and handheld scanner usage. • Physical fitness, ability to lift weights and maneuver merchandise. Skills • Attention to detail to prevent errors • Sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure during high-demand days. • Organizational skills to efficiently sort and fulfill orders Responsibilities Directly supports the Shipping Supervisor in: 1. Order Picking: selecting products based on sales invoices or picking lists, with assistance from warehouse assistants. 2. Packaging and Stretch-Wrapping: preparing products and securing merchandise for transport, with assistance from warehouse assistants. 3. Quality Control: verifying that parts or materials match the invoice (models, codes, quantities) prior to shipment. 4. Loading route trucks and delivering copies of delivery notes to respective departments.
