**At Sports World, we live our emotions to the fullest, working with passion and transforming the lives of our team within a fun and dynamic environment.** **Join us and become part of our great Wellness family!** **FITNESS CONDITIONING INSTRUCTOR** **Education:** Completed high school and/or technical career, completed or in progress Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science or related field - Fitness Certification required. **Knowledge:** Sports training methodology, anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. **Experience:** Minimum 6 months, preferably 1 year as a fitness conditioning advisor, fitness conditioning coach, fitness conditioning instructor, or personal trainer. **Responsibilities:** Conducting and monitoring routine processes, ensuring all area equipment is turned on and functioning properly, turning on audio equipment to set the club atmosphere, during rounds verifying that the area is orderly and clean, conducting inventory of area equipment, remaining attentive to the physical safety of clients. **Competencies:** Client commitment, Collaboration, Communication, Agility and Flexibility, Holistic vision, Leadership for results achievement, Employee development, Flawless execution, Passion for the business, Technical credibility.
