We promote sustainable development in the business sector and drive the implementation of biotechnological practices aimed at preserving the natural environment. **Responsibilities:** \-Lead, plan, and produce products using chemical or biological solutions that resolve customers' problems in their environment. \-Ensure quality control in processes and analyses. \-Comply with safety standards and regulations. \-Present appropriate proposals to customers with the objective of selling and distributing products within established timelines. **Competencies:** Research Problem solving Leadership Multidisciplinary teamwork Adaptability Innovation Active and assertive communication Bio-factory management capability Environmental awareness **We Offer:** Bi-weekly full and timely payments Statutory benefits Company vehicle and fuel for operational duties **Requirements:** Office and operational experience Willingness to travel Availability to work Monday through Saturday Valid driver's license Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Industrial, Chemical, Biochemical, or related field 2\-3 years of experience in the same or similar position Offices: Av. Yucatán, Jardines de Mérida Work location: Nueva Chichen Itza and Tahdzibichen Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
