**Frudest is seeking a PHYSICOCHEMICAL ANALYST in Las Liebres - San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Frudest** is a Mexican company specializing in the dehydration of fruits and chiles, as well as the grinding of chiles and spices for the food industry; it is currently seeking: **Physicochemical Analyst:** Ensure compliance with product requirements and specifications to maintain the quality and safety of all FRUDEST materials. **Responsibilities:** * Sampling and microbiological analysis of finished products and contract-manufactured products * Release of finished products (FP) * Laboratory, equipment, and utensil organization and cleaning * Rejection of non-conforming products * Monitoring of in-process product parameters in the production area * Verification of products using metal detectors * Completion of logbooks * Verification of scales * Preparation of composite samples * Placement of chlorine tablets and verification of chlorine ppm levels * Physicochemical and organoleptic analyses of raw materials (RM) and finished products (FP) * Product sampling from washers * Verification of product identification * Shift handover review at the plant * Analysis of finished products (FP) * Monitoring of magnets * Calibration of scales (to be performed during night shift) Required Education: Technical degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related field Required Experience: Minimum 1 year Marital Status: No preference Gender: No preference Languages: Spanish, English B1 (preferred) Required Knowledge: Quality systems and controls; analytical techniques (chemical, physical, microbiological, qualitative, quantitative, and organoleptic); general knowledge of food industrial processes.
