We seek committed talent eager to join a dynamic and continuously growing team. **Job Objective:** Ensure proper execution of the production process through efficient supervision and coordination of work shifts, leading a team of approximately 30 employees to guarantee optimal operation of extrusion machines, compliance with production plans, quality standards, industrial safety, and efficient use of resources, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company’s operational objectives. Job Requirements: Education: Technical degree or engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or related field). Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a production supervisor in an industrial environment. Proven experience managing operational staff (25–30 people). Desirable knowledge of extrusion processes (plastics, fibers, rope, or similar). Knowledge of industrial safety, quality control, and continuous improvement. Availability to work rotating shifts. Leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate shifts of approximately 30 employees, ensuring compliance with the daily production schedule. Guarantee correct operation of machines involved in the production process, as well as auxiliary equipment supporting operational processes. Verify compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and operating procedures. Ensure appropriate use of raw materials, minimizing losses and waste. Coordinate startups, order changes, adjustments, and line stoppages as required. Monitor key production indicators (efficiency, productivity, downtime, scrap product). Implement and enforce industrial safety, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards in the work area. Identify operational failures and follow up on preventive maintenance jointly with the maintenance department to ensure continuous production flow. Train, evaluate, and provide feedback to personnel under supervision, promoting teamwork and operational discipline.
