Participation in problem-solving initiatives **At Questum, we seek talent!** *Questum is the new company of Grupo Quimmco, integrating capabilities in casting, forging, and high-precision machining to deliver comprehensive solutions that continue unlocking the potential of our people and customers.* Join our team as an: **Electromechanical Technician** **What do you need?** * Technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field * \+3 years of experience in a similar position * Ability to interpret electrical and electronic diagrams * Knowledge of low-, medium-, and high-voltage industrial electricity * Basic knowledge of PLCs, basic interpretation of CNC robots and electronics * Proficiency in using electrical measurement equipment. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends **Your main responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on time and as scheduled. * Maintain updated records and logs of findings in the system. * Adjust and verify equipment against established process parameters prior to release. * Participate in identifying solutions for recurring problems and/or issues causing extended downtime, in collaboration with the maintenance team. * Ensure tools, equipment, and measuring instruments are in good working condition. * Maintain and promote cleanliness and order in your work area. **We offer:** * Competitive salary \+ benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Life insurance * Cafeteria * Parking **Location:** Questum Plant Tenango del Valle, State of Mexico.
