General Services Coordinator Private Hospital Our hospital seeks a General Services Coordinator to ensure the proper operation and quality of support services that maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and verify compliance with hospital cleaning standards across all areas. Coordinate maintenance personnel to ensure proper functioning of facilities, non-medical equipment, and furniture. Manage laundry and linen services (distribution, control, and quality of hospital linens and uniforms). Manage private security services. Implement hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols in critical areas. Verify compliance by external vendors (if applicable). Generate periodic reports on incidents, corrective actions, and supervision results. Collaborate with administrative management and medical department heads to ensure satisfaction of internal users. Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating general services, preferably in healthcare or hospitality sectors. Knowledge of hospital hygiene and safety regulations.
