Duties and Responsibilities \* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on: \* Electrical installations \* Hydraulic and sanitary systems \* Painting and finishing work \* Carpentry and locksmithing \* Electromechanical installations · Supervise the operation of elevators, water pumps, lighting systems, swimming pool, spa, padel court, gym, etc. · Respond to reports and provide timely solutions. · Conduct periodic inspections of the building. · Carry out preventive maintenance tasks. · Coordinate with external suppliers when specialized services are required. · Maintain tools and materials in good condition. · Comply with safety and hygiene regulations. REQUIREMENTS Education · Completed secondary or high school education (technical training in maintenance, electricity, or related fields is preferred). Experience · Minimum 1–2 years of experience in general building maintenance, condominiums, offices, or similar facilities.
