Interdepartmental collaboration to ensure process continuity **Job Objective** Operate and supervise the tequila distillation process to guarantee that the product meets the company’s established standards for quality, purity, and sensory profile, ensuring proper equipment operation and compliance with safety and production regulations. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Operate **pot stills or distillation columns** during production. * Supervise the **first and second distillation** of fermented must. * Control process variables such as **temperature, pressure, timing, and distillation cuts**. * Perform **heads, hearts, and tails cuts** to ensure distillate quality. * Monitor the alcohol content of tequila throughout the process. * Record production data in **logbooks or control systems**. * Verify proper equipment operation and report malfunctions. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of **pot stills, valves, piping, and distillation equipment**. * Collaborate with **fermentation, quality, and bulk storage departments** to ensure process continuity. * Comply with **industrial safety, quality, and applicable regulatory standards**. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Technical high school diploma or technical degree in: * 1 to 3 years of experience in distillation processes Salary: Starting from $1.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service Workplace: On-site employment
