Basic exterior maintenance, including pool and garden **Position Objective** Ensure property cleanliness, basic maintenance, and optimal conditions by delivering quality service to guests through timely response to their needs, as well as care of interior and exterior areas. **Duties and Responsibilities** **Property Cleaning and Preparation** * Conduct **check\-out cleanings**, ensuring quality standards. * Perform deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas. * Prepare the house for arrival of new guests. * Execute **refresh (light cleaning)** as required during guest stays. * Maintain order and cleanliness when the house is vacant. **Laundry and Linen Handling** * Wash, dry, fold, and organize bed linens, towels, and other linens. * Inspect linens’ condition and report damage or wear. * Perform basic linen inventory control. **Guest Service** * Provide basic support and friendly service to guests within the property. * Monitor guest requirements throughout their stay. * Report incidents, complaints, or requests to the relevant department. * Maintain a service-oriented, discreet, and respectful attitude at all times. **Basic Maintenance (Exterior Areas)** * Clean and maintain the **pool** (leaf removal, surface cleaning). * Clean and care for the **garden**. * **Water plants** and perform basic maintenance of green areas. * Report any malfunctions or need for major maintenance.
