Job stability **Vacancy: Cook** * **Position Description:** * Hotel Punto Suites is looking for a Cook with experience in hotel cuisine, responsible for preparing food for the hotel’s various services, ensuring quality, presentation, taste, and compliance with hygiene and guest service standards. * **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events. * Follow recipes, standards, and procedures established by the hotel. * Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP). * Control portion sizes, ingredients, and waste. * Assist in menu development and mise en place. * Coordinate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure efficient service. * Keep kitchen and storage areas organized and clean. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Cook, preferably in the hospitality industry. * Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Service-oriented attitude and commitment to quality. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (as applicable). * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Various bonuses. * Growth opportunities within the hotel.
