Ongoing training **Position: Artisanal Pastry Chef** **Company: Amano Repostería** **Location: San Jerónimo, CDMX** **Type: Full-time | On-site** **Schedule: Includes weekends, 6:00 – 15:00 hrs** **Salary: $9,000 – $14,000 MXN net per month** **ABOUT THE POSITION** Prepare artisanal pastry products according to Amano’s standards: no preservatives, natural ingredients, and traditional techniques such as sourdough and lamination. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Daily production of menu and seasonal items * Monitoring fermentations, timing, and temperatures * Maintaining quality and presentation standards * Participation in the development of new recipes * Cleaning and hygiene of the work area **REQUIREMENTS** * 2+ years of experience in artisanal pastry or specialty baking * Proficiency in fermented doughs (sourdough): mandatory * Availability for morning shifts * Proactive attitude and attention to detail **WE OFFER** * $9,000 – $14,000 MXN net monthly salary, based on experience * IMSS, vacation days, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus * Internal consumption with discount * Ongoing training Salary: $9,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing Workplace: On-site employment
