**Construction Manager** * Salary: Weekly $ 3,500 * Weekly allowance $ 250 **Position Objective:** Supervise and monitor administrative activities, ensuring the proper use of construction materials, compliance with processes, and effective resource management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the supervision and control of on-site materials (incoming, outgoing, and consumption). * Maintain records and track administrative progress of projects. * Verify orders, deliveries, and inventory of construction materials. * Coordinate logistics for transporting materials and personnel to the site. * Prepare administrative reports and performance indicators. * Support resource management, documentation, and communication with suppliers. * Travel regularly to job sites for supervision and control. * Prepare attendance lists. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management. * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Administration, or Accounting. * Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Availability to travel to different job sites. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative control tools. * Experience with ERP systems Diazar and/or Enkontrol. **Desirable Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Supervision and follow-up skills. * Fieldwork experience and proactive attitude. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment.
