**Position Description:** We are seeking a professional with experience in cost analysis and project management who will be responsible for controlling and optimizing production costs, as well as managing glazing projects from conception to final delivery. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost analysis. * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and advanced Excel. * Availability to work full time. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of unit price sheets and material breakdowns. * Cost calculation for glazing projects. * Comprehensive management of glazing projects: quantifications, part lists, and follow-up. * Coordination with the production team to ensure compliance with drawings and technical specifications. * Worksite supervision and tracking. * Continuous updating of price lists from various suppliers. * Preparation of orders for tempered glass, aluminum, and related materials. **We Offer:** * Opportunities for professional growth. * Collaborative work environment. * Challenging and dynamic projects.
