We are seeking a professional with experience in managing construction and renovation projects to coordinate store openings, improvements, and maintenance—ensuring compliance with technical, budgetary, and commercial image standards. **Position Objective:** To coordinate and supervise the execution of architectural and construction projects (new openings, renovations, or adaptations) at our owned retail locations. Monitor contractors, review and validate budgets, analyze blueprints, coordinate approvals with Management, and ensure projects are executed on time, as planned, and to required quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise construction and renovation projects for retail outlets. * Review and validate architectural, structural, and installation plans (electrical, air conditioning, CCTV, etc.). * Prepare comparative analyses and validation of construction budgets, aligning them with technical and financial criteria defined by Management. * Conduct timely follow-up with contractors and suppliers, verifying physical progress against the construction schedule. * Carry out site visits to verify workmanship quality, compliance with specifications, and progress against the timeline. * Coordinate tenders and supplier assignments, ensuring selection of the best technically and economically viable proposals. * Monitor contractor schedules and payment flows, aligning project execution with available resources. * Manage necessary procedures and permits for construction execution and store openings (civil protection, land use, licenses, etc.). * Participate in progress meetings, reporting advances, incidents, deviations, and corrective proposals to Management. * Document and standardize construction processes to streamline future openings or renovations. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical, safety, and construction best practice regulations. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (degree certified). * Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating commercial or retail construction projects. * Experience in renovation and opening of retail outlets (self-service stores, department stores, restaurants, or similar). * Proficiency in interpreting and reviewing blueprints, budgets, bill-of-quantities, unit prices, and construction schedules. * Knowledge of light construction systems, commercial finishes, and applicable regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and construction control tools. * Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects across different locations. * Capability to negotiate with suppliers, resolve on-site contingencies, and ensure timely deliveries. * Familiarity with SAP, Workfront, or similar project management platforms is desirable.
