Opportunity for professional development. **Project Architect** A company in the **construction and project development** sector is seeking a **Project Architect**, responsible for supporting architectural project development, drafting of plans, and 3D modeling for project presentation and execution. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture**. * Minimum **2–3 years of experience in architectural project development**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD (mandatory)**. * Knowledge of **3D modeling and rendering software**. * Knowledge of **architectural drafting and construction detailing**. **Responsibilities** * Support in **architectural project development**. * Drafting of **architectural plans, construction details, and installations**. * **3D modeling and rendering generation** for project presentation. * Review of **technical documentation and coordination with construction and design departments**. * Support in **procedures, permits, and project-related documentation**. * Participation in **site visits** for monitoring and basic observations. **We Offer** * **Weekly salary:** $4,000 * **Statutory benefits** * **Opportunity for professional development** **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Salary: $9,169.86 per month Experience: * Architectural project development: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
