A professional, collaborative work environment focused on quality. **Vacancy: Senior Project Architect** Contexto Arquitectos, a leading design and construction firm in Mexico City, is seeking a **Senior Architect** with solid experience in **vertical architecture**, **corporate (office) architecture**, and **retail architecture**, to lead project development from the schematic stage through to the executive stage, coordinating disciplines, engineering teams, and technical requirements for proper on-site execution. **Responsibilities** * Development and leadership of the **architectural project**, from schematic design through to the **executive project**. * Technical coordination with **engineering disciplines** (structural, MEP, specialties) and internal departments. * Development of **trade-specific projects**: carpentry, glazing, metalwork, and special elements. * Production of **architectural drawings**, construction details, and technical specifications. * Monitoring and resolution of **technical details** required for construction. * Preparation of models, presentation boards, and presentations to ensure effective communication with internal and external clients. * Proposal of **architectural and construction solutions** to address specific challenges arising in each project. * Generation of **architectural bulletins** for construction and support in resolving incidents during the construction process. * Support in preparing supplementary documentation: descriptive reports, surveys, presentation boards, permits, and, where applicable, design competitions. * Participation in **site visits and construction site inspections** for data collection, progress monitoring, and project adjustments. * Supervision and coordination of timelines and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Architecture (completed). * Demonstrable experience in **vertical architecture**, **corporate (office) architecture**, and **retail architecture**. * Solid experience in developing **executive projects** and coordinating with engineering disciplines. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (advanced use of external references). * Proficiency in SketchUp + V-Ray and/or Enscape. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong technical analysis skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. * Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and construction personnel. * Demonstrable experience in executive projects (portfolio mandatory). **We Offer** * Technical leadership in large-scale projects. * Participation in high-impact corporate, vertical, and retail developments. * A professional, collaborative work environment focused on the quality of design and execution. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Salary:** **Salary:** $20,000 – $25,000 MXN per month *(Commensurate with experience and technical level)* **Work Location:** On-site Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
