




**Planning and Coordination** * Review electrical and hydraulic blueprints and verify their correct implementation in each project. * Develop work schedules and assign tasks to technical staff under supervision. * Coordinate the sequence of electrical and hydraulic work with other production areas (welding, painting, carpentry, finishing). **Technical Execution** * Supervise the installation of piping, wiring, panels, lighting fixtures, outlets, water outlets, drainage, and accessories. * Ensure proper use of materials, gauges, connections, and protections according to regulations (NOM and CFE). * Verify that electrical and hydraulic operational tests are properly conducted before module delivery. **Quality and Safety Control** * Guarantee that all installations comply with industrial safety standards and current regulations. * Conduct inspections and progress reports, identifying deviations or technical failures. * Coordinate incident corrections and ensure final product quality. **Materials and Resources Management** * Request necessary materials and tools, optimizing costs and minimizing waste. * Maintain inventory records and report consumption. * Verify proper receipt and storage of electrical and hydraulic materials. **Personnel Supervision** * Lead and train technical personnel assigned to the area. * Promote adherence to safety regulations and workplace organization. * Evaluate team performance. **Interaction with Other Departments** * Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical adjustments or redesigns. * Support maintenance or after-sales service in repairs or technical inspections. * Participate in production meetings for project follow-up.
