




Position Summary: We are seeking a Permit Coordination Coordinator to manage construction permits and authorizations, maintaining relationships with relevant entities to ensure timely commencement of construction projects. Leadership and supervision of assigned personnel **At Ruba, we do not only build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team:** **Permit Coordination Coordinator** Ensure that all necessary procedures for obtaining permits from state, municipal, and credit institutions are carried out promptly and correctly, in accordance with current laws and regulations, enabling project sites to commence construction and collection activities for residential developments. **Responsibilities:** Ensure timely issuance of construction permits, licenses, and authorizations for developments. Establish and maintain healthy, cordial working relationships with representatives of municipal, state, and credit institutions to guarantee timely processing of procedures. Ensure, through supervision of assigned personnel, proper notarization of subdivisions and administrative organization of payments. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * 5 years’ experience in a similar position * Proven ability to secure construction permits, licenses, and authorizations for developments * Experience managing relationships with municipal, state, and credit institutions * Supervisory experience in subdivision notarization * Knowledge of Enkontrol (preferred) * Professional appearance * Leadership skills * Positive attitude * Flexible availability **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Career development and growth opportunities * Training programs
