We value collaboration, precision, and creativity in every project we undertake. **Job Description** As a BIM Architect, you will be responsible for participating in all phases of architectural project design and development. Your daily responsibilities will include creating and modifying models in BIM systems, generating construction drawings, and preparing submittals to ensure proper project execution. This is a full-time position to be performed on-site at our office located in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. **Requirements** * Experience in architecture and preparation of architectural drawings. * Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and skills in creating and managing **BIM models in REVIT.** * Knowledge of construction drawing preparation for project tracking. * Additional competencies such as attention to detail, ability to work in teams, and organizational skills for project management are desirable.
