




Job Summary: Administer and execute key human talent management processes—from recruitment through development—with a focus on organizational productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Administer human talent management processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies, through the accurate execution of **employee onboarding and offboarding** and the implementation of strategies that drive **organizational productivity**. Main Responsibilities * Recruitment and selection of personnel. * **Onboarding and offboarding management**: employment contracts, IMSS filings, severance settlements, and final payments. * Payroll and benefits administration. * Maintenance and updating of personnel files. * Implementation of training and development programs. * Support in performance evaluations. * **Design of productivity improvement plans**: incentive programs, process optimization, workplace climate management. * Preparation of HR reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, productivity). * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and social security procedures. * Proficiency in payroll systems and recruitment platforms. * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
