In this role, you will ensure all products comply with all regulatory and safety policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee and administer all corporate and plant-specific food safety and quality programs per Cargill’s Food Safety and Regulatory Affairs (CFSRA) Policy Manual and the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) benchmarked standards (e.g., BRC). * Collect finished product and shelf-life samples for testing; conduct pre-operational inspections; accompany inspectors during inspections; and perform product and process quality control. * Complete and document monitoring activities, process verifications, and audits—including raw materials—document deviations, record corrective actions, or hold non-conforming product; and participate in disposition decisions for non-conforming product across all areas within the facility. * Deliver general training to new Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Technicians. * Routinely enter data into the food safety, quality, and regulatory data system with limited or no guidance or direction. * Support audit readiness by maintaining inventory, providing project support, and identifying and sharing opportunities for continuous improvement. * Understand and comply with all safety rules and regulations, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** - Must be 18 years of age or older - Technical or university degree in Industrial, Chemical, Biological, Food Sciences, or related field - Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a Quality Control and Assurance and/or Laboratory environment - Experience using a computer - Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word - Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, or stooping safely, with or without reasonable accommodation - Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Ability to work in diverse indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat - Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts, with advance notice **At Cargill, we champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in our processes!** Position Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Salary: $13,151.49 per hour Application Question(s): * What is your monthly gross salary expectation?
