We are looking for: BAKERY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Objective: Ensure compliance with the production schedule while meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements, as well as achieving efficiency in each process and optimizing material and human resources. Requirements: * Industrial Chemical Engineering or related field * 2 years of experience in a similar position * Personnel management experience * Availability of time Responsibilities: * Manage the assigned team by organizing shifts according to the production schedule (unionized personnel) * Monitor team training * Manage necessary inputs for producing various cookie varieties * Prepare production indicator reports * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and environmental standards and protocols * Promptly monitor unsafe conditions and acts during the production process * Manage corrective maintenance notifications in the SAP system * Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions for any issues * Payroll reports, personnel incidents, personnel schedules Schedule: 3 rotating shifts, Monday to Friday full-time and Saturday half-day.
