A company with a long tradition in wheat flour production is seeking 1 packaging supervisor. Requirements: * Technical degree or Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related field. * 1 year of experience in production * Team management and personnel handling * Knowledge of industrial safety and inventory management Responsibilities: * 12 x 24 shifts * Fill out production reports * Organize work teams * Report material consumption * Conduct inventories We offer: * 12-hour shifts followed by 24 hours off * Biweekly gross payments of $6,600 for the first 3 months * Monthly bonus starting from the fourth month of $3,300 gross * Superior benefits: Subsidized dining service, Life insurance, Savings fund and savings box, Group products.
