**Position: Purchasing Manager** Start Date: November Location: Mérida or CDMX. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours. **Requirements:** · Education: Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. · Experience: More than 5 years in procurement and contracting management for medium voltage, low voltage and communication electrical projects. · Knowledge of electrical regulations and equipment specifications. **Main Responsibilities:** · Comprehensive procurement and contracting management for EPC projects (electrical, mechanical, civil and communications). · Search, evaluation and qualification of specialized suppliers for electrical equipment, chargers, panels, cables, structures, among others. · Technical and economic evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors. Conducting comparisons and price benchmarking according to company procedures. · Negotiation of commercial terms, delivery schedules and warranties with suppliers to optimize project cash flow. · Coordination with engineering and construction teams to define technical requirements for materials and services. · Control and tracking of logistics for critical materials and imported equipment. · Preparation and monitoring of the procurement plan according to the project schedule.
