We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant for a fixed morning shift at a Brunch restaurant in Temozón Norte. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in preparing ingredients and performing basic kitchen tasks to ensure smooth operation of the area, maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with quality and hygiene standards. * **Salary: $9,000 net monthly** (biweekly payments) + statutory benefits. * **Schedule**: Monday-Sunday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * **Workplace**: Temozón Norte. Requirements: * **Experience:** Not required; internships or professional training periods are valued. * **Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. Principles of FIFO system. * **Education:** High school diploma / technical career. Responsibilities: * Clean, disinfect, organize, and chop vegetables. * Organize and clean kitchen utensils. * Keep the production line always set up and supplied. * Carry out basic production tasks under supervision. * Assist in restocking lines and applying the FIFO (First In, First Out) system. * Keep the kitchen area clean and organized. * Collaborate on routine tasks assigned by chefs or cooks.
