Join our family in the operations department! **Candidate Profile** * **Age:** 20–35 years old. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in warehouse, logistics, or loading/unloading activities. * **Attitude:** Proactive, punctual individual with strong attention to detail. **Job Responsibilities** In addition to loading, unloading, and order fulfillment, your duties will include: * **Supplier Receipt:** Verify that received goods match invoices and purchase orders. * **Labeling and Coding:** Ensure all Italian supplies are properly identified. * **First-In, First-Out (FIFO) Control:** Guarantee appropriate ingredient rotation to maintain freshness. * **Shrinkage Reporting:** Identify and report damaged or near-expiry products. * **Audit Support:** Actively participate in cycle counts and monthly inventory closings. * **Strategic Storage:** Organize the warehouse to optimize search and dispatch times. * **Secure Packaging:** Prepare packages and equipment with appropriate protective materials to prevent damage during transit. * **Warehouse Equipment Handling:** Proper use of hydraulic pallet jacks. * **Area Maintenance:** Maintain order and deep cleanliness of the warehouse (food hygiene standards). * **Documentation:** Complete vehicle and goods entry/exit logs. **What We Offer** * **Competitive salary**, paid biweekly on time. * **$1,000 MXN monthly** in Grocery Vouchers. * **Punctuality and Attendance Bonuses** to reward your commitment. * Job stability and an excellent working environment.
