Position Summary: This position involves service order control, transportation movement tracking, logistics and lifting operations to meet internal and external customer requirements, maintaining constant communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Service order control and logistics tracking. 2. Support to the Logistics Services Coordinator. 3. Constant communication for administrative needs. **Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school diploma. **Experience:** 2 years of experience in logistics activities related to transportation of equipment, materials, and services associated with oil industry operations. **Age:** 25 to 25 years old **Mandatory Position Requirements:** Employment reference letters verifying work experience. **Position Purpose** To manage service orders through effective tracking of transportation movements, logistics, and lifting operations, in accordance with internal and external customer requirements. **Regarding Service Orders** · Process Service Order (SO) requests according to customer requirements (SOs received by the Logistics Services Coordinator for system entry). · Track executed service orders: o Enter completed logistics documentation for client Cotemar into the Eforms system. * Take a screenshot of the service (client Cotemar) o Enter data into the master database (Excel) o Digitize documents related to logistics movements. o Prepare a list of service orders for delivery. o Generate the preliminary payroll for the logistics department. o Request the Purchase Order for the service provided. · Support the Logistics Services Coordinator in keeping departmental indicators updated, using executed orders as reference. **Regarding Service Execution** · Maintain constant communication with the Logistics Services Coordinator regarding administrative needs specific to the coordination during service order execution. · Support the Logistics Services Coordinator in reviewing service orders and determining regular working hours and overtime for operators and assistants.
