**Education:** Electrical Engineer or related degree. **Experience:** Minimum **5 years in similar positions** within the purchasing or technical supplies area. **Language:** Intermediate level of English. **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Proactivity * Meticulousness and attention to detail * Adaptability * Problem solving * Organization * Critical and analytical thinking. **Job Responsibilities** * Analyze purchase requisitions * Purchase of electrical materials * Purchase of cable * Conduct price comparisons * Monitor work schedule and job sequences. * Manage company purchases according to procedure. * Create and maintain a database of suppliers and subcontractors (materials, vehicles, travel agencies, tools, etc.) * Negotiate and agree on supply terms according to project needs and cash flow. * Support monitoring the issuance of supplier invoices. * Track purchases from initiation through delivery to the end user on site. * Responsible for identifying new clients and managing onboarding processes with them. * Support preparation of weekly reports * Support other activities as workload demands. * Know and understand LATNOVVA’s work procedures issued to clients, including the steps to follow. * Ability to identify opportunities and strengths. * Respect all colleagues and clients. * Perform various functions as directed.
