Key skills: negotiation, analysis, and communication A 100% Mexican company with over 60 years in the consumer electronics market in Mexico is seeking personnel for the position of **Purchasing Assistant**. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Relations, International Business, Foreign Trade, or Administration **Age**: 25 to 40 years old **Experience**: 2 years in purchasing **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Contact and analyze new suppliers Present information on new products to management for project viability assessment Issue purchase orders to domestic suppliers for merchandise, warehouse supplies, stationery, promotional items, etc. Conduct periodic inventory analyses Prepare receiving reports for supplier payments Quotation of new materials or supplies Manage stationery inventory and provide requested materials to departments Track purchases until goods arrive at the warehouse Assist in quoting potential events or general requirements (anniversaries, masses, meals) KNOWLEDGE: Advanced MS Excel proficiency, market research, hands-on software experience, PC and Office suite operation, inventory management knowledge, English SKILLS: **NEGOTIATION** **ANALYTICAL** **COMMUNICATION** **WORKING UNDER PRESSURE** Monthly salary: $12,000 MXN + statutory benefits and training Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., located a few blocks from Camarones metro station Position type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Purchasing: 2 years (mandatory) Language: * English (mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
