Opportunity with a company boasting 20 years of experience **CEPSA, a leading company located in the city of Mérida, with over 20 years of presence in the sector, is currently seeking a Purchasing Administrative Assistant.** **Requirements** · Technical, high school, incomplete bachelor’s degree, or completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. · Prior experience in electrical material procurement is desirable. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAE, Contpaq, Diazar, Intelisis, or any ERP system is desirable. **Responsibilities:** · Receiving material requisitions, identifying and selecting suppliers, negotiating with suppliers, preparing purchase orders (POs), materials control, invoice data entry, material quotations, monitoring material deliveries, conducting inventories. **Offered:** · Biweekly payment · Statutory benefits · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with one hour for meals); Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
