SERVICLIMAS !!!** A well-established company experiencing growth and expansion, and a market leader in air conditioning, invites you to join our TEAM. **We are hiring: PURCHASING ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** **Procurement of electrical materials, tools, and vehicle control (invoice verification, coordination of vehicle services, general material purchases)** **Tracking of purchase orders** **Monthly purchase tracking.** · **Maintain and update the purchasing portfolio control.** · **Invoice verification:** Review and verify all incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreed terms. · **Credit purchase report:** Generate a detailed report including all credit purchases, specifying suppliers, amounts, and payment due dates. · **Monthly purchase report:** Prepare a monthly summary report of all purchases made during the period. · **Advance payments entry:** Enter all supplier advances into the accounting system. · **Credit notes:** Process and account for all credit notes issued by suppliers, ensuring corresponding credits are correctly applied. · **Small purchases:** Manage procurement of office supplies, safety equipment, and cleaning products—from requesting quotations to issuing purchase orders. · **Purchase of boots and coordinate acquisition of specialized items**, such as contracts for portable toilets. · **Gather documents for construction projects:** Collect all required documentation for ongoing construction projects, including contracts, manifests, and other legal requirements. · **Equipment rental management:** Coordinate rentals of equipment such as scaffolding or other tools. · **Record and documentation management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounting transactions, as well as documentation related to purchases, contracts, and rentals. · **Negotiate credit terms:** Secure favorable credit terms with suppliers, including payment deadlines and financial conditions. · **Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor according to job functions.** **We Offer:** · Benefits exceeding statutory requirements from day one. · Uniforms. · Direct employment with the company. · Birthday leave with full pay. · Birthday gift. · Competitive salary. · Fixed schedule from Monday to Saturday. · Ongoing training. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field.
