Opportunity for professional development WE ARE SEEKING A PURCHASING ASSISTANT Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Experience: 1 year in purchasing or administration * Basic knowledge of invoicing and quotations. * Proficiency in Excel Main Responsibilities: * Request quotations and compare prices with suppliers. * Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries. * Maintain up-to-date inventory and consumption records. * Support the search for and selection of new suppliers. * Review invoices and coordinate with the accounting department. * Availability to assist with administrative procedures is required.
