




Position Summary: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring inventory control and document management. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of goods receipt and dispatch. 2. Inventory control and report preparation. 3. Collaboration with key departments such as accounting. · Receipt of purchase orders. · Receipt of materials and supplies. · Physical receipt against documentation for incoming goods. · Reporting of received purchase orders. · Knowledge / proficiency in SAP. · Conduct visual inspection of supplies, materials, fixed assets, equipment, and tools according to the generated and verified purchase order, cross-checked against the supplier’s invoice and/or delivery note for the quantity delivered, in coordination with accounting (purchasing). · Preparation of reports on received merchandise purchase orders. · Notify relevant departments and accounting (purchasing) electronically upon arrival of goods. · Record all incoming materials or parts in the warehouse entry log. · Daily maintenance and verification of receipts and supplier documentation, reporting any anomalies to the receiving and shipping supervisor and to accounting (purchasing). · Storage of goods in designated locations. · Support department activities such as creation and review of shipping labels. · Deliver requested materials timely and accurately, in accordance with FIFO (First-In-First-Out and First-Expiry-First-Out) principles and to the respective department. · Conduct periodic inventory of materials and items under your responsibility, in coordination with accounting. · Report any inventory discrepancies to the Receiving and Shipping Supervisor and accounting. · Support product preparation for shipment according to customer requirements provided by the supervisor, following established procedures. · Prepare reports on defective merchandise for the Receiving and Shipping Supervisor and accounting. · Electronically update the entry and exit log and maintain it current daily. · Record donated or discarded materials. · Notify departments of goods arrival and product stock levels. · Record all waste materials for containment and placement in their designated area per procedure 50-WHPR-005 Deposits. · Monitor and promptly notify via email the production supervisor and accounting (purchasing) of minimum production stock levels. · Forklift operation (Preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Flexible working hours * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
