ERP management and supply chain processes **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate purchase planning and timely delivery tracking in coordination with Senior Buyers to fulfill the operational plan and maintain supply continuity. **Education Level:** Business Administration, Industrial Administration, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Business (administrative focus), or related field. **Industry:** Textile **Experience:** 1–2 years in purchasing, planning, supply, administrative logistics, or supply chain. **Requirements:** Purchase order and delivery date tracking. Advanced Excel. Experience in tenders or supplier interaction (desirable) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Reporting, information analysis, and pivot tables in Excel. · ERP management (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar). · Procurement, planning, and supply processes. · Plan purchases according to the operational plan. · Track purchase orders and delivery dates with Senior Buyers and suppliers. · Monitor supply and detect deviations in delivery times. · Report incidents promptly to the department head. · Provide operational support to Senior Buyers during workload peaks. · Prepare status reports and planning vs. actual tracking reports. **Working Hours:** · Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. **Work Location:** · Acueducto del Alto Lerma, Zona Industrial, 52740 Ocoyoacac, Toluca **We Offer:** · Salary: $18,000 net monthly Statutory benefits Position Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $21,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
