




Position Summary: Turbo-Mex seeks a Project Administrator to manage personnel, governmental procedures, industrial safety, and project logistics for industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project administration in a metal-mechanical company. 2. Personnel management, industrial safety, and government procedures. 3. Logistics and purchase requisitions for projects. **Turbo-Mex is a metal-mechanical company dedicated to the design, manufacturing, maintenance, and commissioning of industrial equipment.** **Due to growth** We are seeking Project Administrator **Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.** Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a project administrator Must reside within 30 minutes of the site **Required Knowledge:** Personnel administration (attendance issues, contracts, renewals, severance settlements, work-related accidents, completion of ST-7 forms) Support for project personnel, handling government procedures with STPS or SEMARNAT. Industrial safety: ensure personnel under supervision wear appropriate PPE, possess valid work permits, and conduct 5-minute safety talks. Prepare purchase requisitions, budgets for tools, supplies, meals, per diems, and logistics for project personnel. Invoice processing and expense verification with the accounting department.
