Strategically source hard-to-find spare parts. **Industrial equipment repair company and wholesale/retail supplier of spare parts for industrial machinery and equipment** **Job Objective** Efficiently manage the procurement process for spare parts, components, and materials for industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring quality, timely availability, competitive costs, and compliance with company standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Obtain quotations, negotiate, and purchase industrial spare parts and components. * Develop and evaluate domestic and international suppliers. * Track purchase orders and delivery timelines. * Strategically source hard-to-find spare parts (discontinued or specialized equipment). * Manage and update inventory records in coordination with warehouse and technical departments. * Conduct comparative price analysis and propose cost-saving improvements. * Handle procurement documentation (purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes). * Support procurement planning based on service demand and project requirements. **Required Profile** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial procurement or machinery spare parts procurement. * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. * Negotiation and cost analysis skills. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel). * Proactivity, organizational skills, and sense of urgency. **Key Competencies** * Results-oriented * Planning and organization * Negotiation ability * Problem-solving * Teamwork **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Company-provided mobile phone Experience: * Procurement: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
