Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships for food, beverages, and services, ensuring operational efficiency and supply quality for the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end procurement and supplier management for restaurants. 2. Preparation of procurement and invoicing reports in Excel. 3. Inventory control and quality assurance of supplies. * Preparation of purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers (food, beverages, and services). * Procurement of supplies and equipment (food, beverages, and services). * Quotation of supplies and equipment, both in person and online (food, beverages, and services). * Sourcing new suppliers (food, beverages, and services). * Preparation and management of procurement and supplier invoicing reports in Excel (food, beverages, and services). * Tracking of local and international orders (via WhatsApp). * Monitoring payments to suppliers (food and beverages). * Collection of deliveries (food, beverages, and equipment). * Inspection of supplies based on organoleptic characteristics aligned with restaurant requirements. * Handling claims or returns of goods to suppliers. * Distribution of supplies and equipment to the company. * Emergency procurement, both in person and online. * Preparation of petty cash flow report in Excel. * Warehouse and supply cleaning. * Preparation of raw material receipt folders based on requisition lists (including area manager’s approval signature). * Organization and FIFO rotation of warehouse stock.
